Rupa Patel is a Manager at Market Strategy Group. She has over 10 years of experience helping companies develop and execute their marketing, sales and services strategies. Rupa has experience working across a wide range of industries from CPG to Media, and most recently Healthcare. Her broad industry experiences include commercial strategy and operations, product launches, customer experience, digital enablement, as well as organizational redesign and process improvement, and project management.
Prior to joining Market Strategy Group, Rupa was a management consultant within PwC’s Pharmaceuticals and Life Sciences advisory practice, focusing primarily on commercial operations, patient engagement and value-based contracting.
Rupa also has extensive experience as a market researcher having worked at GfK for 5 years. As a dynamic and enthusiastic researcher, Rupa led large-scale quantitative projects including customer segmentations, white space assessments, concept testing and conjoint analysis. She has led multiple U.S. and global projects that inform marketing strategies, targeting and positioning for new products and portfolios of products. Adding to her global credentials, Rupa has experience working with and training teams abroad.
Rupa holds an MBA from University of Michigan and a BS from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
