In his prior experience in the healthcare software industry, he held multiple roles (e.g., project manager, workflow success owner, implementation lead) across technology development and implementation projects. His efforts produced results that include, but are not limited to, a 10% decrease in denied claims, a 10% increase in provider schedule utilization, and a 5% decrease in clinic staff costs.
Jonathan has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
