John Rogers


John has been working with clients to define and develop their strategic and customer direction for 25+ years.  Many of John’s clients are from the professional services and financial service industries.  But his clients have also represented insurance, consumer products, 3D printing, private equity, entertainment/media/communications and the public sector.  

John specializes in strategic development, market assessments, and customer analysis.  He brings decades of invaluable experience in tracking brand performance.  Through his career, John has led explorations of new services development, concept tests, loyalty and sales effectiveness programs.  Most recently, John has led client efforts in B2B sentiment analysis and emotion mining. 

John held Director and Principal positions at PwC (Diamond), WPP (Kantar) and The Martec Group.  He was on the initial brand team when Accenture first created its advisory services brand.

John received an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor of Science of Business from Indiana University.
