Carolyn Dolezal translates strategy and into clear action steps in order to grow businesses profitably and build strong teams. She has multidisciplinary experience in strategy, product lifecycle management, IT, JVs/Acquisitions, marketing, and human resources.
Carolyn served as Vice President, Product Management and Vice President, Strategy and CMO/CIO for PCTEL, Inc. She led strategy development and implementation, acquisition activity, product portfolio management, IT planning and implementation, and marketing plans. Prior to PCTEL, Carolyn was the EVP and Chief Executive-Technology Industry Practice and CIO of SmithBucklin, Inc. She held P&L responsibility for all Technology Industry clients, including relationship management, service delivery, operations, and new business. She also led the transformation of the firm’s IT Services portfolio and delivery model. Prior to SmithBucklin, Carolyn was President of SEI, LLC, expanding custom call center software and services to companies worldwide. She has also held several senior management positions at Motorola, Inc., among them, Senior Director, Public Service Solutions and Broadband Applications, Senior Director, Strategic Marketing and Business Operations, and Acting General Manager-Invisix, a joint venture with Cisco Systems.
Carolyn is a mentor with MENTTIUM, a mentoring program for women in business. She is a member of the Economic Club of Chicago and the Private Directors Association.
Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Management Policy from Kellogg Graduate School of Management – Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
