Vertical market execution: Take share

A B2B manufacturing division recognized its geographically-focused go-to-market strategy needed a vertical market refresh to achieve its growth objectives. The strategic direction was in place, but not the programs to get traction. We worked with the general manager of the Division to re-shape their execution – from sales execution to product development to market plans – around key verticals. New operating programs were launched to improve both top and bottom line results in the current year.
