Steve Kroeter

Steve Kroeter is a strategic planning and brand management consultant who operates at the intersection of the buy and sell sides of the architecture and design communities. For over 25 years he has advised the prominent individuals and leading firms in this space about how to optimize business and branding opportunities—and also how to maximize design impact for revenue growth. He conceived, launched, and acted as lead manager of an authorized reproduction program of Frank Lloyd Wright reproductions. He has been lead advisor to Robert A.M. Stern for Stern’s product design practice for over 20 years.

Mr. Kroeter has worked with a number of organizations including: HBF Furniture and Textiles, DesignTex (div. of Steelcase), Geiger (div. of Herman Miller), Tiffany & Co., the Museum of Modern Art, The Guggenheim Museum, and many others.

Prior to his consulting work, Kroeter was an account executive at a major Chicago advertising agency where he worked on the General Mills and Anheuser Busch accounts, a brand manager at Quaker Oats where his assignments included new product development and launches, vice president of the architecture firm Booth Hansen & Associates. Mr. Kroeter has BA and MBA degrees from the University of Chicago.
