Joyce Wu has dedicated the last decade to helping companies with strategy and execution to achieve growth. Given this focus she has assisted clients along multiple dimensions.



  • Identifying and scoping high value market and business opportunities – including vertical markets and opportunistic adjacent markets.
  • Redesign and improved execution of key processes and business models– going as tactical as lead-management systems, while also rethinking entire go-to-market and channel strategies.
  • Designing and optimizing organization structure to improve business performance and optimize cost of same.
  • Providing on-going market and competitive tracking enabling rapid recalibration by business leaders in response to in-the-moment shifts of customer or competitor behavior.
  • Developing forward-looking perspectives on major market shifts and how they may affect business – so they are properly addressed by market leadership.

Joyce brings a strong general management and operational background to her client engagements having spent six years in Operations and Supply Chain management at Procter & Gamble and General Mills. There she also contributed to the launch of several successful new brands and product lines.

Joyce has an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MBA focused on Marketing and Strategy from the University of Chicago.
